Tom Livolsi, RCDD Sales Manager Tom has played a big role in the expansion of sales and revenues for Premiere over the past several years. From a field technician, to achieving status as a BICSI RCDD, Tom has an extensive understanding of customer requirements for physical layer infrastructure solutions. Tom is responsible for generating new sales, maintaining Premiere's accounts and solid relationships with clients, distributors and manufacturers to help ensure continued long-term growth. |
Mike Wnorowski, RCDD, OSP Designer Estimator Mike has a vast experience in the cabling industry, particularly in estimating Outside Plant Facilities. Mike worked for Verizon and is responsible for the estimating of all OSP projects for Premiere. |
Operations Manager David Jobe brings an extensive amount of Telecommunications Service Provider Operations experience to Premiere. He ensures that client's expectations are met and exceeded by staffing and managing field operations. His knowledge of physical infrastructure and management of resources enables Premiere to deliver quality service. David has served Premiere and its clients for 10 years. |
Operations Manager Si has over ten years experience in the telecommunications industry, mainly in operations. Si's organizational skills and experience are a vital part of Premiere's continued growth and customer support. Si's duties include scheduling the Raleigh field operations staff on a weekly basis to ensure project timelines and customer expectations are met. As a part of this scheduling, Si works with both customers and sales to meet the ever changing needs of our business partners. |
Dwight Brewer Procurement Manager Dwight has experience in both the manufacturing and distribution environments and has played a crucial role in the assurance of product delivery and the competitive materials pricing. Dwight's responsibilities include ensuring competitive pricing from distribution, procurement and delivery of materials to job sites, logistics of all consumables and maintenance of company inventory. |
Senior Voice Services Specialist Anthony has over 15 years in the Telecommunications Industry, ranging from Radio and Cellular Towers installations, to fiber optic terminations and splicing. His primary focus is installation and turn-up of traditional Digital PBX systems to state-of-the art VoIP Unified Communications Platforms. |
Project Manager/Voice Services Specialist Billie is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Masters in public administration and a Bachelors degree in business management. Billie provides technical sales assistance and coordinates voice installations for Premiere Communications. Billie has over 20 years of experience in selling voice services and designing customized communication solutions for small to large businesses. |
Sharon Thompson Accounts Payable Sharon has been with Premiere Communications for one (1) year. Sharon handles all of our accounts payables. |
Accounting Manager/Human Resources Barbara has been with Premiere Communications since March 2000. Barbara has an Associate's Degree from The University of Miami and continuing education classes from Wake Technical Community College. Barbara has over 25 years experience in accounting in the construction industry. |
Bernardine Fox Administrative/Accounting Assistant Bernardine has been with Premiere Communications since May 2005. Bernardine processes payroll for the company as well as processes accounts receivables for the NC and SC offices. |
Business Development Manager Bob has over twelve (12) years experience in the telecommunications industry. Five years as Vice-President of a Premise Cabling Co., responsible for business development, contract negotiations, estimating and project management. Bob started with Premiere as a Consultant for two years and then joined the Premiere staff full time in 2002 as a Senior Project Manager. He is currently responsible for Business Development for the company. |
James Gatling Warehouse Manager James has been with Premiere Communications for 3 years. James maintains the warehouse. He is responsble for picking up, delivering and staging materials for job sites.

Jeff's experience ranges from Installation to Project Management and Engineering. His main focus is to customer site surveys, project labor and material estimating and customer support. |
Michele Bryant Purchasing Assistant Michele has been with Premiere Communications going on 2 years. She has worked in the Telecommunications Industry for 16 years. Michele has 13 years of Wireless Sales and Marketing Management and going on 3 years of experience in the FTTH and Commercial Telecommunications Industry. Her job responsibilities include ordering and expediting materials needed for jobs, ensuring all purchase orders are updated in our system for material cost reports and assisting the procurement department with their daily needs. |
