Jeff is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Jeff is responsible for the business development of the company.  As Principal of the company, Jeff has played a crucial role in continually challenging employees to grow the business. He brings not only intense business acumen, but also 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Scott is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Scott currently oversees all operations of the South Carolina offices. With over 13 years in communications and cabling, and with his project management skills, Scott has been invaluable in many situations over the years.

Doug Terry, RCDD/NTS/TPM
Vice President - Engineering

 Doug has an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master's Degree in Business Management from ECU.   Doug's attention to detail and precision have been invaluable in the estimating and budgeting of projects for the past 12 years at Premiere.  Doug's responsibilities include design-build projects, chief estimator, proposal integrity verification and the maintenance of legacy accounts.

George DeMartz, RCDD

George brings over 19 years experience in the installation, design and construction of military, commercial and residential communications infrastructure to Premiere.   Before joining Premiere, George worked as both the Director of Service Operations and Director of Project Management for a National Infrastructure Provider installing, building and maintaining MDU and single family PON networks.  While serving in these roles, George had the opportunity to activate, maintain and service over 200 Single Family and High Rise Residential MDU properties throughout the U.S. serving approximately 55,000 individual subscribers with a direct broadband connection in the home.  George is an active (BICSI) Building Industry Consulting International member and received the professional designation of (RCDD) Registered Communication Distribution Designer in 1996.  He lives with his wife and two sons in Raleigh, N.C.

Matt Knowles, RCDD - Director of Sales & Marketing

Matt is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Wilmington holding a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Economics and Production Decision Science. He is currently responsible for developing the sales strategy and managing the sales effort for our entire organization. Matt has over 11 years of direct sales and sales management experience in the telecommunications industry. During that time he has held various positions such as Strategic Account Manager for multiple G500 clients, and also as a Territory Manager for the Southeast and Mid Atlantic portions for the US. He achieved the professional designation of RCDD in 2001.
