Rogers & Brown recently contracted with Premiere Communications to install new Siemens HiPath phone switches in two of our offices. Both locations offered its own set of challenges, requiring additional cabling and infrastructure upgrades. At one location, we were not only changing out the phone switch but also changing communications providers and adding an additional, disparate office to the mix.
Testimonial March 26, 2009
We had a previous history with Premiere, going back several years, and found them to be a reliable company with good business practices. As I result, I felt that they would be a good choice to handle the installation and cabling that needed to take place.
Both installations went very well, with virtually no down-time. Their technicians do an excellent job installing new cable and cleaning up existing infrastructure-in fact, they have always left our locations in better condition than they were prior to the installations. They provide professional training, with one-on-one assistance after the install, if needed, and ensure that everyone has the information they need to become oriented with their new systems.
I would recommend their services to anyone who needs a reliable, knowledgeable company to take care of their communication needs. They certainly make my job a lot easier.
