Premiere Communications & Consulting recently transformed Amundi Pioneer’s new office space in Durham’s American Tobacco Campus. From installing low voltage cabling to designing comprehensive conference spaces, Premiere was able to give Amundi Pioneer a complete office upfit.
Amundi Pioneer, a global asset management company recently expanded its operations in the American Tobacco Historic District in Durham, NC. The upfit consisted of relocating offices from the second to third floor in the American Tobacco Campus Building. Amundi Pioneer’s new office space overlooks the left field of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and has executive/staff offices, open offices, as well as meeting, trading and conference spaces throughout the floor.
The challenge for Amundi Pioneer was finding the right company capable of implementing all of their telecommunications needs. Premiere Communications & Consulting spearheaded this opportunity to be an all-inclusive solution for Amundi Pioneer. Our team was able to collaborate with the client to provide the most effective design and implementation strategy that kept the project on time and within budget. Our approach ensured everyone was kept on the same page throughout the project which ultimately led to a successful completion.
Premiere’s scope of work involved the design, installation, and configuration of cubicle workstations, offices, trading areas, and conference rooms – a complete office upfit. Our team implemented all low voltage cabling, wireless access points, wireless collaboration presentations and displays. The project’s scope included installing a Cat6 copper structured cabling system throughout their space through duplex/triplex network outlets. A large part of Amundi Pioneer’s project required the design and installation of comprehensive AV solutions for their trading and conference areas. Each of these collaborative spaces, 4 conference rooms and 3 huddle rooms, called for wireless access points utilizing Cat6A and RG6 coax cables. The spaces were outfitted with top of the line AV technology consisting of video displays ranging from 55-90”, ceiling speakers, microphones, controllers, and video conferencing equipment.
The project’s success relied on Premiere’s extensive knowledge and capability to provide quality solutions for all of Amundi Pioneer’s telecommunications needs. Premiere was the single point of responsibility for the company’s project and our team streamlined communications, keeping the project on time and within budget. In the end, Amundi Pioneer was highly satisfied with our clear and direct communication, project delivery speed, and their completed new office space.
